  33. As the exclusive copyright holder for From Scratch, Desktop Solutions
  34. authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with the following
  35. restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should refer to the
  36. VENDOR.DOC text file for complete license information.

  38. The From Scratch package is defined as containing all the material
  39. listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed in the
  40. PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then
  41. the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please
  42. contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  44.     o  The From Scratch package - including all related program files
  45.        and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way (other
  46.        than that mentioned in the following paragraph) and must be
  47.        distributed as a complete package, without exception.  The
  48.        PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files that are part
  49.        of the From Scratch package.

  51.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
  52.        each archived file.  This text file describes the BBS and tells
  53.        people that the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.
  54.        Other BBSs add a small one-line message with their BBS name and
  55.        phone number into the compressed file, which will display when
  56.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of mentioning
  57.        your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided the program and
  58.        documentation is otherwise unmodified and complete.

  60.     o  Desktop Solutions prohibits the distribution of outdated versions
  61.        of the From Scratch package, without written permission from
  62.        Desktop Solutions.  If the version you have obtained is over
  63.        twelve (12) months old, please contact us to ensure that you have
  64.        the most current version.

  66.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  67.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  68.        the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any
  69.        such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  70.        termination of this license.

  73.        the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in
  74.        this package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable
